At the end of your trial your chosen plan begins billing automatically. We'll send you a reminder email before the trial ends. You can cancel before then with no charge.

We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using miOhm, contact support@miohm.com and we'll assess your situation.

Which energy suppliers does miOhm work with?+

miOhm works with any UK electricity supplier. Connect via Octopus Energy API or upload a CSV export from any supplier portal — British Gas, EDF, E.ON, Scottish Power, and more.

Is the carbon report accepted by enterprise procurement teams?+

Yes. miOhm reports follow the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard — the framework most enterprise procurement teams require for Scope 3 supplier submissions.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is my data secure?+

Your data is stored in the EU using Supabase with row-level security. We use encrypted connections throughout and never share your energy data with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

What is MHHS and why does it matter?+

Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement is an Ofgem reform requiring all UK electricity meters to record consumption every 30 minutes from October 2026. miOhm uses this data to calculate your carbon footprint with unprecedented accuracy.
